General Shipment Policy

How long will my order take to arrive?

On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order, courier partner and tracking number. You can track the courier using the tracking number through the respective logistic partner's website.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. Please refer to 'Expected time required' table mentioned below to get shipping time, category wise.

 

Are there any shipping charges?

 

RajasthaniKart.com offers absolutely free shipping on most products across India. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. This is a fee of Rs. 39 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Note: The free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders.

 

Why is the delivery time different for different products?

Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and are shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 10-15 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.

 

Some category items in our catalogue are made especially on your request and delivery would take longer than usual. Also, delivery may not be possible at a few select locations. Please read the details available on the product page carefully before placing the order.

International Shipping & Return Policy:

Terms and Conditions
Each item in your order is sold by RajasthaniKart.com. Those items for shipment to countries outside of the India may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

With respect to each item for which Import duty fees have been calculated, you authorize Rajasthanikart.com to designate a courier company or freight forwarder to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import duty fees for such item. The import duty may be collected by Courier Company on or before delivery.

Limitations
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country standards. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Rajasthanikart.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.

 

Bulk Orders:

The policy may/may not apply for bulk and wholesale orders. It’s on RajasthaniKart.com‘s discretion to formulate shipment policy related to bulk orders as per the requirement and order size. Please refer to wholesale policy for further information.

 

International Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of receipt of your goods. RajasthaniKart.com does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the purchase price paid for the item (80%), but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties, fees, or taxes. In addition RajasthaniKart.com reserves the right to charge you for any import duty or taxes paid while goods are returned and we are charged by custom department for recovering the returned package. You are responsible for all the costs associated with returning the goods back to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item. An amount equal to 20% will be charged as restocking fee over and above shipment and duty charges.

Note:  If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss gets transfer to us, upon receipt at our warehouse.

When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

 

Shipping Returned Merchandise:
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via courier or insured parcel post for tracking purposes. RajasthaniKart.com does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

 

Items Damaged in Shipping:
RajasthaniKart.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and mail us at rajasthanikart@gmail.com.  We will contact the Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to RajasthaniKart.com, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).

 

About Customs, Duties & Taxes:
When ordering from Rajasthanikart.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

RajasthaniKart Cancellation and Return Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price in form of store credit.

RajasthaniKart.com Return and Exchange Policy offers you the option to return or exchange items purchased on Rajasthanikart.com within 7 days of receipt. 

 

General Policy:

The Cancellation and Return policy is only applicable for B2C customers and is not applicable for bulk orders or B2B customers.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.

In case you had purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the item, maximum of Refunds/Free item MRP will be debited until the satisfactory receipt of all free gift(s)/offer item(s) that are shipped along with it.

If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

Once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed up to a maximum of Rs. 100/-* towards shipping costs per order/parcel, if self-shipped in the form of store credit. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.

For self-shipped product, we will not be responsible for any damage in the transit and the user will have to bear the cost.

Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team. The cancellation and return policy for each category are different and is documented below. Items bought on Sale or any discounted item shall get only Rs 80 as shipping irrespective of any category. (IS BOUGHT ON SALE CAPTURED DURING THE TRANSACTION?)For the discounted item/items bought on Sale, we do not provide any reverse pickup. Users shall have to ship the product on their own. The discounted price shall be refunded in the form of store credit.

The user agrees to share the AWB/Reference number, in case of self-shipping.

Handicrafts:

1.     In case a damaged product is received, user will have to inform Rajasthanikart.com by sending an email to rajasthanikart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Also, user shall send the picture of the broken product in the email. If not, the product/s cannot be returned and no refund will be made.

2.     Handicrafts are hand made products which may not have 100% finishing. Also, slight wear and tear, colour erosion or finishing of the item shall not be considered as damaged product.

3.     If multiple items are ordered of the same product, it may not be possible to have exact replication among the products. Some colour/finishing difference may be there and such cases shall not fall under damaged product definition.

4.     All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. handicraft item must be packed in the original box and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with until and unless product is received broken (subject to approvals).

5.     In case of return due to :

o    Products not as per description/photo on the website or

o    Products which you may not like for quality,colour and design related issues.

The user is advised to return the product within 7 days of receipt.

 

Jaipuri Rajai (Quilts):

1.     The Jaipuri Rajai, due to its nature and packing methodology cannot be damaged in transit. Due to bulky nature of the product, the return or exchange of the product is not possible. We take utmost care to make sure that our customer does not receive any defective product by following 3 steps checking before shipping the product.

2.     However, in case a damaged product received, user will have to inform Rajasthanikart.com by sending an email to rajasthanikart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Also, user shall send the picture of the damaged product in the e-mail. If not, the product/s cannot be returned and no refund will be made.

3.     The user will have to self-ship the product to our location and a maximum of Rs 150 will be refunded in the form of store credit. (Not applicable for Dohars). After examining the product for defect, the original cost and Rs 150 will be refunded in the form of store credit.

4.     Rajais (Quilt) are hand weaved products which may not have 100% finishing. Also, slight wear and tear, colour erosion or finishing of the item shall not be considered as damaged product.

5.     If multiple items are ordered of the same product, it may not be possible to have exact replication among the products. Some colour/finishing difference may be there and such cases shall not fall under damaged product definition.

6.     All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. Razai item must be packed in the original box and returned), and should not be torn or tampered with until and unless product is received damaged (subject to approvals).

 

Jaipuri Safa:

Due to its nature and considering its hygiene factor and usability for spiritual purposes, the return or exchange of the item is not possible. Since the product is made by hand by the Karigars (artisans), there will always be slight variations in all the products.

1.     In case a damaged product is received, user will have to inform Rajasthanikart.com by sending an email to rajasthanikart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Also, user shall send the picture of the damaged product in the email. If not, the product/s cannot be returned and no refund will be made.

2.     Safa are hand made products which may not have 100% finishing. Also, slight wear and tear, colour erosion or finishing of the item shall not be considered as damaged product.

3.     If multiple items are ordered of the same product, it may not be possible to have exact replication among the products. Some colour/finishing difference may be there and such cases shall not fall under damaged product definition.

4.     All items to be returned due to damaged product received, the product must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. safa must be packed in the original box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with until and unless product is received damaged (subject to approvals). Also, no traces/smell of oil, perfume, or hair shall be found on the safa to get refund.
